SHIPPING FOR BRAIDED WIGS

PLEASE NOTE: These Wigs are hand braided by professional Nigerian braiders and are shipped from Nigeria. Because of the high demand and delayed shipping due to Covid-19 the processing time could be up 4- 6 weeks. We apologize for this inconvenience, However if you need this wig in a hurry please DO NOT ORDER!.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS; however, we do offer exchanges. You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, have tags and the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email detailing your exchange to info@prettyandlaced.com, Include your full name and order number. Once item has been received an exchange will be processed or store credit will be issued. Cancellations are allowed 30 minutes after your purchase. Shipping is non refundable. There is a $45 restocking fee on all cancellations. ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
